Reveri offers a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, third-party modifications, or natural wear resulting from regular use.
If you believe your piece may have a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at: [email protected], including photographic evidence.
The piece will be evaluated by our atelier to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
If the warranty applies, shipping costs for sending the piece back to our atelier are the responsibility of the customer. Reveri will cover the return shipping cost for domestic orders only. For international orders, any additional shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or related charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
