All orders are shipped from our atelier in Mexico.
For made-to-order pieces, production time must be added to the estimated shipping time indicated at checkout. Production times are specified in each product description.
Domestic orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days once the piece has been completed and dispatched.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, depending on destination and the most reliable available service at the time of dispatch.
Estimated delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout once the production process has been completed.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
